- January 1st - Happy New Year
- January 7th - Men's Breakfast Club. The Men's Breakfast Club meets on the first Wednesday of the month, for breakfast and fellowship, at 8:30 AM, at the Grapevine Restaurant. The Grapevine is located at 1926 Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs, SC. All SRC men are invited to attend.
- January 5th - Christmas decorations will be taken down. Please meet at 10:00 a.m. at the front entrance.
- January 12th - The January regularly scheduled Board meeting of the Homeowners Board of Directors will be held on January 12th, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, 4180 HWY 9, Boiling Springs, SC. This is next to the cemetery near Walmart on that side of the street. Please plan to attend.
- January 21st - The January Ladies Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, January 21st, at 11:30 a.m. at Bowen's Landing. The restaurant is located at 8681 Highway 9, Inman, SC. If you are new to the neighborhood and would like more information about the Ladies Lunch Bunch, please contact Carole Rowell at (704) 516-2312.
