September 1st. HOA Management Services became our new property management company. Please be sure that you have changed your monthly payments to reflect the new bank and property manager. Please follow the instructions you received in your letter from HOA Management Services. You can also find the information on this website under the Members Only heading.
January 1st - Happy New Year!
January 1st - Men's Breakfast Club. The Men's Breakfast Club meets on the first Wednesday of each month for breakfast and fellowship at 8:30 a.m. at the Grapevine Restaurant, located at 1926 Boiling Springs Rd, Boiling Springs, SC. All SRC men are invited to attend.
January 4th - Volunteers needed to take down the Christmas decorations on Saturday January 4, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, decorations will come down on Saturday January 11, 2025.
January 13th - The next regular board meeting will be held on January 13th, at Unity Presbyterian Church and will Begin at 7:00PM. Unity Presbyterian Church is located at 750 Rainbow Lake Road. Please make a note of this meeting on your calendars and plan to attend.
January 15th - The January Ladies Lunch Bunch will be held on Wednesday January 15th, at 11:30 a.m. at Bowen's Landing, located at 8681 Highway 9, Inman, SC. Please contact Donna Ivey at 864-415-5756, or Carole Rowell at 704-516-2312 to RSVP.
