Sugar Ridge Commons Information for Homeowners

Homeowners Payment Information

Please note that effective September 1, 2024, Sugar Ridge Commons engaged a new property management company.  The new property management company is HOA Management Services, LLC.  With this change, all residents will have to change how our payments are being made.  The following document explains the monthly HOA Assessment Payment Options.

Contacting the Board of Directors

Please use the following procedure to get your concern heard by the Board of Directors:

  • You can email the board at any time at srchoaorg@gmail.com with questions or concerns.
  • You can also contact the board using the following proceedure:
  • Please submit your concern on paper. (You may use the form linked below)
  • Be as specific as possible.
  • You must sign the document. 
  • Give your document to any Board Member or Mail your document to a Board member.
